President & Chief Executive Officer - Krishnan Chakravarthy Krishnan Chakravarthy MD, PhD Candidate founded NanoAxis in 2008. He holds a B.A. degree in Biology from the University of Chicago. At present Krishnan is completing his Medical Scientist Training Program at State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He served as a contractor at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) where he researched host immunity to influenza virus as a way of developing novel therapeutic strategies. He has published several major papers in the field of nanomedicine in reputable journals such as Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and presented at both national and international conferences. He intends to guide NanoAxis to becoming a global leader in nanomedicine technologies. |

Director of Global Strategy & General Counsel - Siddhartha Kamisetti Mr. Kamisetti possesses an eclectic array of experience in the business, medical, legal and intellectual property industries. He holds a B.B.A . degree in Corporate Finance & Strategy and a minor in Economics from The Ohio State University. Additionally, he holds a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve School of Law and is admitted to practice law in New York State. Mr. Kamisetti is also a patent attorney registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He protects NanoAxis proprietary assets via patent drafting, filing and prosecution. Globally, NanoAxis has identified new growth opportunities in Asia, North America, South America, and Europe. As such Mr. Kamisetti oversees the future strategic planning initiative for enhancements and expansion of the NanoAxis business units. He actively engages industry players to build collaborative partnerships, explore technology transfers, evaluate in-licensing or out-licensing opportunities, and facilitate synergies with manufacturers, investors, and retailers in both the international and domestic bio science markets. |

General Counsel - Himanshu S. Amin Himanshu S. Amin has extensive experience in the area of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and trade secrets. Himanshu founded and retired from the firm Amin, Turocy & Calvin, LLP (nka Turocy & Watson, LLP). Himanshu built from scratch one of (if not the) largest electrical computer science groups of patent practitioners in the country. Mr. Amin sold his practice to his partners in 2009. Himanshu helps NanoAxis conduct forward patenting on both internal and external cutting-edge technologies. He has extensive experience with patent prosecution and patent portfolio development and analysis. He counsels NanoAxis with respective patent portfolio development and corporate strategy, and serves in the capacity of General Counsel. Himanshu is listed in Super Lawyers magazine. He is on the Board of Trustees for Playhouse Square, Cleveland, OH, the Dean’s Advisory Board at the Weatherhead School of Management, the Board of Trustees at Hawken School, and the Editorial Board of CBC Magazine. He serves as General Counsel for Weatherhead Corporation on a part-time basis. Prior to practicing law, he worked for a number of years as a design engineer at a multinational engineering consulting firm. During law school, he was the recipient of the Nathan Burkan award for copyright law, placed second in the U.C. Berkeley Boalt Law School National High Technology Writing Competition, and authored "The Lack of Protection Afforded Software Under the Current Intellectual Property Laws," 43 Clev.St.L.Rev.1, 19 (1995). |
